Exhibitor Shipping and Receiving Details

Shipping details1) Boxes for take one table material and tote bag insert material must be shipped to CAMFT no later than April 6, 2018.

2) For Hotel Box Shipments:
Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, good, displays or other materials, which will be sent, delivered or brought into the Hotel.  Failure to do so may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required.  The Hotel’s receiving entrance is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Any materials being sent to the hotel must be marked as follows:

  1. Hold for arrival – ATTN: (Guest’s Name who will claim the shipment at Hotel) 
  2. Date of claim person’s arrival
  3. Name of Group, preferably the posted name of the group (CAMFT) 
  4. Complete Return Address
  5. Hyatt Manager’s Name (Sheng Vang, Events Manager) 
  6. Number of Boxes (Example:  Box: 1 of 2 and Box: 2 of 2
  7. Address Package to Hotel as follows:

Attention: (In-house Guest Name)
Hold for Arrival: (Date of Arrival)

Package received will be charged to each registered hotel guest (the Hotel cannot accept packages from non-registered guests):

$6.00 per box
$25.00 per case
$150.00 per pallet (Pallets will not be accepted without prior approval) 

If you need packages shipped out at the conclusion of your meeting, please advise Mary Beth Muro at 858-429-7509 or mmuro@camft.org at least one week in advance.

The Hotel and CAMFT do not accept any liability for equipment, goods, displays or other materials, which arrive unmarked or fail to arrive at the Hotel. It is very helpful to monitor tracking numbers of boxes and location of shipment, prior to calling the hotel for box delivery confirmation.

The Hotel will provide a maximum of 3 days prior and 3 days post storage of materials related to CAMFT’s event. Any materials delivered to the Hotel more than 3 days prior will not be accepted.  Any materials left on Hotel property for more than 3 days after the event’s conclusion will be shipped to the Group Contact’s address marked C.O.D.
