Gain Continuing Education Units by Reading The Insurance Compensation Manual

Persons may use these credits to satisfy hours of continuing education gained by self-study (Self-study is limited to 18 hours per renewal period/9 hours for new licensees.) Self-study is not acceptable for prelicensed persons gaining hours for workshops, training sessions,
seminars and conferences.

Gaining continuing education hours just became easier:

You can gain four (4) hours of continuing education credit by reading Practical Applications in Supervision, answering the accompanying assessment and completing the evaluation form.  Persons seeking units by self-study must return the assessment, evaluation and payment to CAMFT.  CAMFT will provide the participant with verification of completing four (4) hours of continuing education.

What do you need to submit to CAMFT to take advantage of this opportunity?

1. Submit completed one-page answer sheet;
2. Submit completed evaluation; AND
3. Submit payment in the correct amount.

• Credit cards or checks will be accepted for mailed assessments and evaluations. 
• Credit cards will be accepted for faxed or e-mailed assessments and evaluations (Please call in or fax your credit card number to CAMFT—do not e-mail credit card information!).
• Checks are to be made payable to:  CAMFT
• Fees paid for self-study programs are not refundable.

If you wish to e-mail the assessment and evaluation, please contact Shawn Talbot at shawn@camft.org and an electronic version in Microsoft Word format will be sent to you.
   

You will receive from CAMFT verification of completion of four (4) hours of continuing education for reading the manual and completing the accompanying true or false test. The verification of completion of four hours of continuing education will be sent to the participant in the same manner that the one-page answer sheet and evaluation were received by CAMFT.
