CAMFT Member Applications
There are several ways to join, rejoin or reinstate your membership
with CAMFT. Choose from one of the options below.
Have you been a member of CAMFT before?
 If you are a previous member of CAMFT and
you want to reinstate or renew your membership, please call our office
and speak to a Member Service Representative who will be able to assist
you over the telephone during our office hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30
p.m. Do not attempt to submit an application online to
rejoin or reinstate your membership.

Don't Want to Join CAMFT Online?
 Fill
in the application in PDF format and mail it to
our office at: CAMFT, 7901 Raytheon Road, San Diego, CA, 92111
Clinical
$150 (plus application fee)
| Associate $100 (plus application
fee) | Prelicensed
$70
 Fax your application to CAMFT at (858) 292-2666.
