Continuing Education/Hours Verification Process
Each attendee will receive a 2-part attendance verification form upon entering workshops—this form needs to be completed by the recipient and submitted to the monitor or staff attendant upon completing each workshop. Please note that this process is important as it serves as the “sign-in and sign-out” process and serves as verification of attendance for yo u r records and CAMFT’s. No other verifications will be supplied either on-site or mailed. This will be your actual CE certificate. Sign-in sheets may also be utilized to register your attendance in workshops— this process also serves as a backup mechanism in select workshops. In addition, for luncheons and any other special CE event, attendees must also submit their pre-printed tickets indicating their names, which are checked against the roster of attendees and the attendance verification forms. If you purchase a lunch ticket from someone other than CAMFT, you must register your name with CAMFT so that we can correctly transfer and process your attendance. Please note, if any additionally priced luncheons are not paid by the attendee then the CE hours will not be applicable.
