California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists will be gathering together again for its 45th Annual Conference, “Rendezvous: Connections and Renewal” at the Fairmont Hotel San Jose, April 30 through May 3, 2009.

And, new this year, the Conference will include a talent show, “Therapists Got Talent” featuring performances by CAMFT’s therapists. The talent show will take place on Saturday evening, May 2, 2009 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

If you are interested in performing at the Conference, please note:

• Talent/performance should be in good taste and not offensive to a diverse audience.
• Therapists need to have their own props. Very limited A/V will be available (microphone/sound).
• Performances may be time-restricted. Please include how much time is needed on your agreement.
• To confirm your participation, please complete the talent show agreement and send it to CAMFT.

CAMFT and the Fairmont Hotel San Jose assumes and accepts no liability for any damages, injuries or accidents to you, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the Fairmont Hotel San Jose premises that may occur during your participation in the Conference Talent Show. By signing this contract, you waive the right to any legal action for injury sustained during the Conference Talent Show, and agree to hold harmless CAMFT from any claims for damages, no matter how caused, except for injury caused by the willful act of CAMFT, its agents, or employees.

Please make sure that you retain the confirmation so that on-site CAMFT staff will know that there is a signed authorization on file.

Performers should arrive at the Fairmont Hotel San Jose no later than 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2009. Upon arrival, please check-in with a CAMFT Staff Member.
