Survey
As part of CAMFT's commitment to membership satisfaction, CAMFT
conducted a confidential e-mail survey of members in November 2009 to
better understand the membership's perspective on CAMFT's future role
and how the Association is meeting the needs of its members. This
article is a summary of that survey.
Trainee Hours May Be in Jeopardy
This article will review the section of law that requires there
to be a written agreement between schools and work settings for the
hours of experience gained by trainees outside of their practicum
assignments.
Update on Paying for Supervision
On January 23, 2010, the Board of Behavioral Sciences ("BBS") met in
Sacramento. Discussed during the meeting was the issue of "paying for

Victims of Crime and MFTs as Providers
The California Vicitm Compensation Program ("VCP") is a program
that provides compensation to victims of violent crime who have been
injured (physically and/or emotionally). This article describes the
requirements and reimbursements of this program.
