El-Ghoroury comes from the American Psychological Association, where he served as Associate Executive Director of the American Psychological Association of Graduate Students (APAGS). He was with APAGS, a 25,000-member organization, for eight years, providing leadership, management, evaluation and implementation of all programs, projects and activities.
