CAMFT Advertising Policy

This policy is applied by CAMFT to ensure adherence to the highest standards of advertising, sponsorship, and exhibitor opportunities and to determine the eligibility of products and services promoted on CAMFT forums and events.

CAMFT is not responsible for any claims made by a company in an advertisement, sponsorship, and/or as an exhibitor at an event. Such companies may not, without prior consent, incorporate in a subsequent promotion the fact that a product or service has been promoted in a CAMFT forum or event.

CAMFT’s acceptance of an advertisement or application as a sponsor or exhibitor shall in no way imply a direct affiliation with CAMFT. The appearance of advertising/promotion on any CAMFT forum is neither a guarantee nor an endorsement by CAMFT of the product, service, or company or the claims made for the product. (Note: Affinity Partnership contracts are individualized and may contain specific parameters and exceptions therein.)

CAMFT does not accept any material that is intended for publication or promotion by CAMFT, or inclusion in any CAMFT medium, which offers or promotes sexual orientation change efforts, reparative therapy, and/or conversion therapy.

As a matter of policy, CAMFT will sell advertising, sponsorship, or exhibitor space to any company when the content of the advertising does not interfere or directly conflict with the mission, policies, statements, objectives or interests of CAMFT.

CAMFT, in its sole discretion, retains the right to decline any submitted advertisement, sponsorship, or exhibitor space or to discontinue posting of any advertisement, sponsorship, or exhibitor space previously accepted.
