Marriage and Family Therapists dedicate their lives to supporting others and making positive impacts. As the COVID-19 and Racial crises envelope the country, therapists are feeling the compounded stressors of supporting more people in need while dealing with difficulties in their own lives. Therapists and caregivers everywhere must attend to their own well-being and health, or they will be at risk for personal suffering as well as professional disruptions that stem from burnout and compassion fatigue.

CAMFT has compiled this page of self-care resources for Marriage and Family Therapists and mental health workers everywhere.
