 GRADUATE STIPEND PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Southern Counties Regional Partnership (SCRP) Graduate Stipend Program is now accepting applications for the Academic Year 2023-24. This program aims to support students in their final year of training within county-operated or contracted mental health/behavioral health agencies across Southern California. This program, excluding adult correctional facilities, aims to bolster the mental health workforce in the Southern California region, spanning Imperial, Kern, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Tri-Cities (Claremont, La Verne, Pomona), and Ventura counties. The stipend amount will be $6,000 and up to 152 stipends will be awarded to final year students to offset graduate study costs dependent on the size of the county.

Complete the Regional Partnership Central Application through the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI.) Students will be notified of their eligibility on or before March 31, 2024. If accepted students will also be invited to attend a Stipend Orientation on Friday April 12, 2024, from 11:30am to 1:00pm.
