BASIC FUNCTION: Independently plan and manage all operational aspects of live and online educational programs including: venue selection, registration, vendor/speaker negotiation and contracts, supplies, printed materials, on-site logistics, exhibitions, staffing, travel, and housing.

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for assisting with the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. This position plays an integral role revenue generation programs by executing marketing program for new members, securing sponsorships and partnerships, and advertising sales.
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIP: Report to the Managing Director of Marketing and Communications. Frequent contact with Education and Events Manager.
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP: Communicate with prospective advertisers, exhibitors, and sponsors.
