JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager
BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. In partnership with the Managing Director of Communications & Business Development, the Marketing Manager will assist with the development of short-term and long-term strategic marketing plans and implement campaigns. Support brand management and revenue generation for membership, education, sponsorship, and advertising programs. Provide measurable, branded, targeted and segmented, consumer/member driven marketing programs.

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIP: Report to the Managing Director of Communications and Business Development. Frequent contact with Executive staff. Supervision of one employee may be assigned.
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP: Communicate with individual members, chapter board leaders, and committee members.
COMPENSATION: Salary Range: $76,694 - $85,366, salary commensurate with experience.
This position is classified as exempt.
