Board Election Results

CAMFT is pleased to announce the winners of the 2026-2027 Board of Directors Election:

Preident-Elect: Stephen Odom
Chief Financial Officer: Danah Williams
Clinical Directors-at-Large: 
Tara D’Orazio, Omar Gonzalez-Valentino, Anna Paganelli

The recently elected Board Members will begin service on June 1, 2026 with the following Board Members continuing their terms:

President: Vic Campbell
Past President: Ava Phillips
Secretary: Jonathan W. Thompson, II
Chief Financial Officer: Danah Williams
Clinical Directors-at-Large: Nancy Brison-Moll, Hamaseh Kianfar, Robin Sandoval
Pre-licensed Director-at-Large: Dae'Jah Foster

We thank the CAMFT Nominating Committee: Shannon Hanrahan, Bob Casanova, Lisa Cox-Romain, Dean Lobovits, and Laura Strom for their work this election cycle.


Bylaws Vote

In addition to the Board election, members were asked to vote on proposed Bylaws revisions. Here are the results regarding each measure voted upon:

  1. Amend the bylaws to allow clinical members and pre-licensed members to vote for all Board of Director positions.  MEASURE APPROVED
  2. Amend the bylaws to allow pre-licensed members to vote for bylaws amendments/changes.  MEASURE APPROVED
  3. Amend the bylaws to increase the maximum number of dually licensed MFT members that can sit on the Board of Directors from two (2) to four (4).  MEASURE APPROVED
  4. General Bylaws changes per the Board and Bylaws Committee (viewable here) that bring CAMFT’s bylaws up to date with current law, advances in technology, and ensuring effective and efficient processes at CAMFT.  MEASURE APPROVED
