ROOM RESERVATIONS - Complimentary
CAMFT provides the Chapter President with a hotel room on the evening of Friday, February 2, 2024. CAMFT pays for the room and tax; incidental charges are on their  own. If the President is unable to attend, another board member may take their place. If the chapter President/representative is a “no-show”, the chapter will be charged for the room. The room block deadline has expired, but please contact mchampion@camft.org ASAP if you need to re-assign or request a complimentary room.

CHECK-IN
4:00 pm ~ Each guest (whether receiving a complimentary room/ is paying for own room) will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the anticipated use of the hotel’s ancillary services.

The Hyatt Regency Sacramento is conveniently located near the State Capitol and CAMFT’s Advocacy Day event location, making it an easy option for attendees traveling to Sacramento.

CAMFT Advocacy Day Room Block

CAMFT has arranged a limited hotel room block for attendees who plan to stay overnight on Monday, May 3.

Attendees are responsible for making and paying for their own hotel reservations.

Rate: $209.00, plus taxes and fees. (This discounted rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to the first xx reservations. Once the room block is filled, the rate will revert to the hotel’s standard pricing. Early booking is strongly encouraged.)

After Advocacy Day If you’re looking for a place to decompress after Advocacy Day, Aiona, located in the California Chamber of Commerce building, is a convenient option.

Its location also makes it easy to return to the California Chamber of Commerce event space to collect any belongings before heading out. Please note that all belongings must be collected from the California Chamber of Commerce event space by 5:30 PM on May 4.

Any gathering at Aiona following Advocacy Day is informal and not a CAMFT-sponsored event. Attendees are responsible for their own food and beverages.
