MORNING WELLNESS YOGA

What to bring: 

  • Yoga mat (preferred) or a large beach towel (we will have some yoga mats to borrow)
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable attire that allows for easy movement

Description:

We'll begin with a 45-minute restorative flow designed specifically for those who spend long hours sitting. This gentle practice will guide participants to tune into their bodies and bring attention to areas that commonly need stretching and care—such as the hips, lower back, shoulders, and neck. Through supported postures and breath awareness, we'll work to release tension and create more ease in the body. The session will close with 15 minutes of sound healing, allowing for deep rest and integration as the soothing vibrations of singing bowls help calm the nervous system.   

This practice is welcoming for all experience levels and focuses on listening to what your body needs in the moment.
