Supervisors of BBS-prelicensed therapists must complete and submit a one-time Supervisor Self-Assessment Report to the BBS. Those who were supervisors as of January 1, 2022 were given a deadline of January 1, 2023 to submit the report. The form includes instructions for completion and submission and is available here.
