CONTINUING EDUCATION REGULATION CHANGES FOR LICENSEES

The Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) has made several changes to its continuing education (CE) regulations that will be effective July 1, 2023. The updates include changes to CE requirements for initial renewal periods, CE course content requirements, CE waiver criteria, CE eligibility for participation in an Occupational Analysis, CE allowance for courses taught, law and ethics courses taken for supervisor training requirements, participation in law and ethics review committees, and new requirements for licensed educational psychologists renewing an initial license. For more detailed information on these changes, please review the BBS FAQ.
