NEW LAW REGARDING SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING

Employers with 5+ employees must provide training.

SB 1343, a bill passed in 2018 that mandates employers with 5 or more employees to provide at least 2 hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of training to all non-supervisory employees, goes into effect January 1,2020.
