If you need to cancel your room, please contact the hotel directly. Cancellation policy applies.
Cancellations/no show
If you cancel a room in the room block, or you are a no-show, you may be held responsible for the full fee. Please let us know ASAP at mchampion@camft.org if you are no longer planning to occupy your room, so we can let last-minute registrants know that there are rooms available in the block, AND so that you/CAMFT may not be responsible for the fee.
Bay Tower Room Rates
$199 Single/Double + $25 Resort fee + *taxes
$219 Triple + $25 Resort fee + *taxes
$239 Quad + $25 Resort fee + *taxes
*taxes = 12.695% occupancy + 2% San Diego + 0.195% State
RESORT FEE
The resort fee is discounted to $25 per day (+ *taxes) and includes:
- - Daily Enhanced High-speed internet access
- - Daily 1-hour Standup Paddle Board Rental for 2 guests
- - Daily 1-hour bike/eBike rentals for 2 guests
- - Daily 1-hour Tennis, basketball, and Pickleball court access for 2 guests
- - Daily 30-minute Sauna use for 2 guests. Includes lockers and showers
- - *taxes = 12.695% occupancy + 2% San Diego + 0.195% State
CHECK-IN
4:00 pm ~ Each guest (whether receiving a complimentary room/ is paying for their room) will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the anticipated use of the hotel’s ancillary services.
Early arrivals ~ The Hotel cannot guarantee rooms for early arrivals before 4:00 pm. The Hotel and CAMFT can arrange to check luggage until your room is available.
CAMFT Check-in Luggage Storage
CAMFT will provide storage on Friday if your room is not available for early check-in. More information is available at the CAMFT Registration desk.
CHECK-OUT
11:00 am —Hotel can arrange to check luggage for guests until they depart.
TRANSPORTATION ~ AIRPORT TO HOTEL
A free hotel shuttle service is provided between the airport and the hotel.
Airport pick-up: Check airport signage for pick-up location
Hotel pick-up: Check with Reception for departure times. Shuttles will depart from the Hotel Lobby.
PARKING
Parking is available at a discounted rate of $25 per day and overnight.
