DEADLINE: Annual Reports are due on February 28, 2025

  • In order to be compliant, Chapters are required to provide an Annual Report to CAMFT
  • Recommendations:
    • Assign reports per board position, so that the President is not responsible for all the reports
    • Reports needed are: General, Membership, Financial, Events, DEIA+, and Pre-Licensed
    • To save you time drafting lengthy reports, links to a form with a few questions are provided
    • Some database reports are needed (member roster, financial reports, and list of events)
  • The reports may be emailed all together OR separately to mchampion@camft.org

Need more Chapter revenue, but do not have time to plan an event? Sign up for the 2025 Chapter L&E Revenue Share program

  • CAMFT is offering chapters a 60% revenue-share option with the 2025 CAMFT L&E webinars
  • Chapters have to opt-in to receive the revenue share and comply with a few criteria
    • The Opt-in Agreement is available here  
  • Benefits: 
    • A new revenue model to support Chapters (increase income)  
    • Lighten volunteer workload   
    • Streamline chapter volunteer time and resources
    • Increase Chapter membership recruitment opportunities 
    • Provide more opportunities for CEs for CAMFT members

2025 Presentations: 2025 CAMFT Presentations offered to Chapters

  • State of the Profession (SOP) – In-Person
    • Chapters are eligible to receive one in-person presentation in 2025
    • Since the presentation is only a 1 CE/90- minute presentation, Chapters are encouraged to combine it with e.g., their Annual Meeting, Lunch & Learn, “Meet the Board” reception, or Pre-Licensed event
    • Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • State of the Profession (SOP) – Webinars
    • In 2025, Chapters will no longer host the SOP webinars
    • Instead, CAMFT will be offering the SOP webinars to all CAMFT members
    • Registration will be through CAMFT  and Chapters are encouraged to promote the webinars to their members
    • The webinar information will be posted on the CAMFT website as soon as the date is confirmed
    • BONUS: Updates will be provided through the Chapter Leader e-newsletters here
  • Law & Ethics (L&E) Webinars – Revenue Share Program
    • The L&E revenue share program was a huge success, so it will continue in 2025
    • In 2024, the Chapters participating in the program received $19,260

  • Law & Ethics (L&E) – In-Person
    • Limited spots are available
    • Certain criteria apply- click here to view 
    • Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis
    • The presentations will be available April - December 2025

  • Road to Licensure (RTL) – Webinars
    • In 2025, Chapters will no longer host the RTL webinars
    • Instead, CAMFT will be offering the RTL webinar and recordings to all CAMFT members
    • Registration will be through CAMFT and Chapters are encouraged to promote the webinar to their members
    • The RTL webinar is scheduled for April 11, 2025, at 9:00 am - Noon
    • BONUS #1: CAMFT members may attend for free. Updates will be provided through the Chapter Leader e-newsletters here
    • BONUS #2: Chapters will receive email addresses of non-CAMFT and non-Chapter member attendees, so that they can include them in their membership outreach effort

Quarterly: Add/Drop Membership Reports

  • The reports will be emailed to Chapters the week of Feb 24
  • If you have not received the reports by then, or need to be added to the recipient list, please contact mchampion@camft.org
  • The information contained in the reports are CONFIDENTIAL, but chapters have permission to use the information in their membership recruitment and retention effort
  • To verify whether your chapter member is a member of CAMFT, log in to www.camft.org / My Dashboard. On the left navigation bar, scroll all the way down to “Membership Directory

BONUS: Do you need another incentive to entice non-members to join your chapter?

  • Here is how: When your Chapter is signed up for the Chapter L&E Revenue share Program and you market the CAMFT L&E Webinars to the members and non-members in your catchment area (contact information provided in the Reports mentioned above), you can mention that as a chapter member, they will receive a $5 discount for every CAMFT L&E webinar they sign up for
  • In order for the discount to be deducted automatically, we will need the chapters to provide a member roster monthly to mchampion@camft.org, so our database remains current
