Resources to Provide Mental Health Services

CAMFT continues to be inspired by our many members who have called in and asked, “How can I help? Below you will find local and statewide initiatives that are calling for mental health professionals to support front-line healthcare workers and first responders as well as the public at large during the COVID-19 crisis.

Paid Positions

THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA—THE CALIFORNIA HEALTH CORPS

• To prepare for the increased number of individuals who will need health care during COVID-19, California is opening additional health care sites and hiring additional licensed staff.

THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA-THE COVID-19 COUNSELING CALIFORNIA INITIATIVE

• Offering mental health support for Frontline Health Professionals, First Responders, and Essential Workers
